Hooray for dark chocolate! Eating about 30 calories a day of dark chocolate — that's about half an ounce — was shown to help lower blood pressure without weight gain or other adverse effects, according to a study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA).
Dark Chocolate is good for you..get Hershey's sugar free..eat one piece a day
I treat myself occasionally to a piece of chocolate. However that piece of chocolate is a very thin 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" wafer of 70% cocoa dark chocolate. One piece of this stuff allowed to melt on your tongue will yield 1/2 hour of dark chocolate aftertaste. By then I'm no longer interested in more.
