ok you guys have to try tracy anderson. follow her program and you will loose weight and get tones - where you want it. I have all of her videos and book but to start out I would get her book - 30 day method and follow it step by step and get the Metamorphasis program. If you want results you should try. I have every excercise video out there and this works.
If you don't measure and don't track, you really have no idea whether or not you are following your program. So often people complain that 'they are doing everything right, but not losing' only to find that they don't measure OR track!

Get a good set of measuring spoons, cups and a food scale. If you have a smartphone, download the app so there is no excuse to NOT track.
Do not worry about set backs, if the scale is discouraging you then put it away....If you think you will be fit then YOU WILL be as long as you are following your program....Occasionally do something different to spice up the routine a little
