My favorite fast food meal, especially in the winter months, is a Wendy's plain baked potato topped with a small chili. Total calories: 490. This may seem a little high, but the large amounts of protein and fiber will keep you feeling full for hours!
My family loves to go out to eat at fast food places and honestly I do to but its not that great for my diet so while they go out to Wendy's or Mcdonald's instead of going without I go to Subway... That way I still get to go out to eat but its a lot less calories and fat then what they are eating... And I feel good about myself cause I didn't cheat211
The apocalypse does not arrive simutlaneously with the eating of a double with cheese at Wendy's. Plan for whatever your "special" item is, don't exceed your plan, and enjoy the doggone thing. Works well as a reward for reaching goals, again, if not taken to excess.
