I love Wholly Guacamole as a great source of healthy fats. No strange chemical ingredients, no green "goo" - just natural avocado, onion, peppers, etc., but I'm never able to eat a whole container quickly enough. So, now I buy the 100-calorie packets and freeze what I'm not using.
To thaw out your guacamole, just run under cool water for 5-10 minutes.
Using the packets also helps me with portion control - something I think I will always struggle with!
