    I swear by coconut water after intense workouts. I had virtually no pain after running a half marathon thanks in part to this stuff. I've tried all of them, and can recommend the ones from Taste Nirvana that come in a green glass bottle and can be found at various markets including Ralph's/Kroger.

    You can get it at places like Whole Foods. I wonder if calories are comparable? I like the kind that has pineapple or orange flavoring in it.
