Make pre-portioned sizes of healthy snacks--almonds, carrots, fruit, etc.--to take with you to work or in the car on a trip. It's quick and easy and keeps you away from junk food!

    I do this and it really helps. Dr. Oz has a "Just 10" rule to not eat snacks larger than your fist. (I think I'll make a secret to success here letting more people know this.)
I count out almonds and I cup an apple into slices and take it in a baggie. I've been doing that since I've started SP and I've lost nearly 70 pounds.

This is a great idea! It should have hundreds of "____Members Liked This". Sometimes the really good Secrets of Success get lost amidst many that are not that good.
