I got some good advice from a good friend yesterday and I realized that it pertains to a healthy lifestyle and exercise and eating well, as well as the "good living" it was intended for. Take time to have fun--if our lives aren't including fun, we are missing out on something important.
I'm a responsible person by nature and can be a work-aholic. I often use my breaks from work to work or do other work. We need to include fun as part of whatever we do. Work is great, but if there isn't something to smile about, we might need to analyze and restructure things.
