Chia seeds are a great addition to any meal. They expand to take up the space that those extra calories would go. when I am having a bad craving or just dont feel as satisfied I put 2 Tbs in 8 to 10 oz glass of water and add some lemon juice or mix them into a scoop of my chocolate protien shake, it works every time!
