I learned to workout at home after always working at the gym. I found DVDs that I really enjoy like a Bollywood workout and Zumba and it's easier to throw on workout clothes than driving to the gym. I also take a break at work at lunch to walk on the treadmill. And then there's always the gym too.
Having some many possibilities for working out gives me no excuses not to do it. And I've also found things I really enjoy and look forward to.
