I learned to workout at home after always working at the gym. I found DVDs that I really enjoy like a Bollywood workout and Zumba and it's easier to throw on workout clothes than driving to the gym. I also take a break at work at lunch to walk on the treadmill. And then there's always the gym too.
Having some many possibilities for working out gives me no excuses not to do it. And I've also found things I really enjoy and look forward to.

I really like the On track calendar. I go to the planner and list the other goals and tasks I would like to do for the day. I remove any I didn't complete from the planner leaving only those I did. This gives me an ongoing diaryy of what I have completed on my On Track Calendar
On track calendar is found in right hand column of the Start page and lists all activities you have placed on your planner.
To maintain a routine of physical activities I had to find a sport that really gives me pleasure. I always fancied 'capoeira', but I believed that to be able to train I should loose some pounds first. What a fool! I started playing 'capoeira' in August 2012 and I feel really bad when, for some reason, I can not train. Here is the tip: Find a physical activity that gives you pleasure, forget any physical limitations you may have and enjoy yourself. ;o)
