    my honey bear is a type 2 dietabetic, sum tymes he gets sick 2 his tummy, or like jast nite he was awke most of the nite. so in a case like that we get no gym tyme. then cuz of that i usually get little sleep. hence no energy... i also have chronic depression. when i am sad, or what ever i cant eat. i hit a lotta plataous. when i weigh, i get very frustrated, & sad. i need 2 put my scales away, & get them out on the 1st of every month or sum thing too. emoticon emoticon

    I put my scale under my bed about 3 weeks ago. I don't really know what I weigh anymore. But I do know that I can get into a smaller size now, and that I feel great! I am so encouraged. I plan to weigh and measure no more frequently than every month or six weeks. I'm so glad I was given this idea by Spark People -- posts and an article I read.
