  • I put my scale under my bed about 3 weeks ago. I don't really know what I weigh anymore. But I do know that I can get into a smaller size now, and that I feel great! I am so encouraged. I plan to weigh and measure no more frequently than every month or six weeks. I'm so glad I was given this idea by Spark People -- posts and an article I read. - by KATESACUTUP
  • WOW!

I weigh myself every day. I have to track day by day; or I'll go out of control. - by BUCKHOLDT
