I listen to audio books while working out. It makes me workout longer because I want to get to that next chapter. Then I have certain books I only listen to while at the gym so it gives me the motivation to go workout because I want to finish that book.

Nothing motivates me more than to listen to a great audio book. It makes you want to keep going if you are at a climactic part or keeps you coming back day after day to see what is going to happen next. I set my treadmill or recumbent at the intensity I'm aiming for that day and go for it!

Audio Books can be expensive if you purchase them, but the library has great selections.
I saw another post about reading while you excersize. I like to use Audio books, because I have a tendency to be a little uncoordinated with my movements! (Just a little ditzy!) I like to listen to audio books so that I can focus on my movements while getting sucked in to a good story!

The book, audio book, and workbook all contain the same information. I'd recommend the audio book though. The CDs contain the workbook pages as PDFs so you can print them yourself, and listening on your iPod during a walk is perfect for reflection.
