Sweeten Your Protein Drink

I now add 2 or 3 drops of liquid Stevia to my vanilla flavored Jarrow protein drink. Adds just enough sweet taste without the calories or carbs of fruits. Liquid stevia also comes in flavors. Great way to start my morning before or after I work out!

    Thanks, I have been hearing about Stevia and now should buy some as it seems the best sweetener.
