    I'm am going to be in my cousins wedding in 6 months and I want to lose 30 pounds by then. 30 pounds seemed so unrealistic until I broke it down to 5 pounds a month! I can do that

    I believe that this is true. We all would like our weight to come really fast, but it didn't come on fast so we need to go slow so that this becomes a habit.

    I like the idea of doing one teeny-tiny step everyday until it becomes a habit. I just don't know where to start! Maybe actually taking steps, as in walking! Even walking to the parking lot (or mailbox or whatever) is better than no walking at all.

    Love this. Many times we fail because we make the GOAL way too unrealistic to meet. When we don't make it at the time we set for ourselves we get discouraged. We create our own sabotages.

    SOUNDS SILLY BUT I FINALLY GET IT NOW. WHEN I START THE DAY WITH A GOOD SATISFYING BREAKFAST THE REST OF THE DAY SEEMS TO GO MUCH SMOOTHER. I FEEL BETTER WITH CHOBANI GREEK YOGURT AND FRESH FRUIT ADDING MY FAVORITE GRANOLA MAKES ME FEEL LIKE I CAN HAVE SOMETHING SWEET TOO
