I now keep a bow of fruit on the dinner table..apples, oranges and banana's. In the fridge there are grapes and watermelon. We have worked really hard getting our fruit in..well... because I have an awful sweet tooth!!

I donít know about you guys but one of my major down falls wants something sweet to eat right after a meal for an example a bowl of cereal. Iím sure itís a mental thing and Iíve somehow trained myself to grave it but nonetheless Iíve discovered sugar free Jell-O (1 serving) with Cool Whip Lite (2 tbl) is a very satisfying snack for your sweet tooth. The best part is itís only 30 Calories!! Heck, have two servings 211
When I am feeling hungry between meals I will drink a glass of water and eat a rice cake. Usually that will satisfy the hunger. If I am wanting something sweet I will have the caramel or chocolate flavor and if I want a salty or cheesy taste I have the white cheddar flavor. This combo works for me.
