I now keep a bow of fruit on the dinner table..apples, oranges and banana's. In the fridge there are grapes and watermelon. We have worked really hard getting our fruit in..well... because I have an awful sweet tooth!!

    Excellent! I keep fruit by the door. When I come inside, I grab the fruit. Otherwise, I am face first in the fridge grazing... :) I agree, it helps! In sight, in mind. Out of sight, out of mind.
