It is amazing to see what you really eat when you write it down. What I find to be most helpful is the idea that it keeps me accountable and on track. When I am tracking my food intake I snack less and eat healthier. Being accountable for what you are doing so important to your success.

MORE INFORMATION:
While tracking can seem hard and tedious at first, it gets easier and quicker over time. You learn how to put your meals together in a healthy way. It starts to become so easy that it becomes natural, to the point that you know what to do even if you are unable to track for a few days.

    So true. Putting a list of favorites and food groups together makes it quick and easy, don't you think!

    Tracking is my best feature of the Spark. It helps me keep track of what I am eating and if I should focus on getting more, let's say, calcium or carbs in my diet. It helps me adjust to accommodate those needs. Awesome!
