This is a site which will use your desired walk/run/cycle times and recommend songs with that tempo for you to listen to while working out. For example, if your desired time for a mile is 17 minutes, it will give you tons of songs from different genres with that same tempo. This site has really jazzed up my playlist and made exercising fun again.
My 8 year old daughter is getting a little chunky, I don't want her to have my weight problems, so we are now working out together every week day. She keeps me motivated and on track...it's also making exercising fun for her.
