My doctor told me Vitamin D impacts many things, including weight. She checked my Vitamin D level through blood tests. My vitamin D intake has been increased twice. I've lost weight & inches. It is easier to exercise. Re-test in 4 months. Have your D levels checked.

    Thanks you so much for this! Today I went to get my blood test results and my Doctor told me the same thing....my vitamin D is way too low and it's stopping my weight loss. I have to take a supplement. I was skeptical and wondering if vitamin D is the problem....I feel better reading your secret of success...thank you!!! Best wishes....
