I have a plastic cup I've marked with the 1c line and 2c line. I fill it up before my 3 major meals and make sure I drink 1c before eating and that the 2nd is gone when I'm done. That's 6c already.

I have a 2 cup water bottle that goes with me everywhere. before I go to work, I drink a full bottle at work in the morning. Fill 'er up again for the afternoon, and then again when I get home. 8 cups..done! But then I still have more when I come back from my walk witht he dog. Its not that hard when you put your mind to it. Oh yeah....I also ad Crystal Light to it since I hate plain water.
