Lower your triglycerides and cholesterol,Save your heart
The most important step to take is to lower your carbohydrate intake. Omega 3 fatty acids and Vitamin C, combined with a low carbohydrate diet, can dramatically reduce your triglyceride levels. Omega 3 fatty acids can help with cholesterol as well. Avoid butter, and sugar baked goods and high fat foods. Take 1,000 MG of Vitamin C 2X per day.
