Carbs are my downfall. If I eat them, I crave them more, and it's a vicious cycle. I gained 6 pounds in 5 weeks, so I got rid of my little "carb-y" snacks, and made sure that I had high protein snacks and fat-free, sugar-free treats to replace them (Jell-o - you're my hero!).
