When shopping for groceries stick to the perimeter of the store and avoid the aisles. The perimeter usually contains your produce, meats, dairy aisle and bakery allowing to reduce the amount of processed and sugary foods you purchase.

I brought all the rest of the food for my kids and me to eat. I THOROUGHLY enjoyed my splurge and didn't feel for ONE minute that I was cheating on my diet because I'm NOT on a diet but a journey towards healthier lifestyle. 334
