I carry my tennies, mosquito spray, socks and ipod with me in my car so if I can get a walk in on the way home from work or at any other point during my day I'm ready.

    i do something similar. when i get dressed in the morning, i put on my workout clothes even if i'm not going right out the door to exercise. just makes it that much easier to start my workout and not try to skip it. :)
