Red Ripe Juicey Strawberries are Good for Diabetics
Regular intake of strawberries reduces the growth of cancer cells & supports the proper growth of red blood cells. A good source of vitamin C & minerals like copper, magnesium, & potassium. Strawberries may even reduce heart disease. Vegetables like strawberries, tart cherries, and tomatoes may help reduce inflammation associated with hardening of the arteries and reduce certain risk factors for heart disease. Add strawberries to breakfast cereal, yogurt or use them as snack, Slice and freeze.
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder 1 cup Kefir (plain) 1 cup unsweetened vanilla Almond Milk 1 cup frozen strawberries 1/2 of a frozen banana (or you can use fresh!) 1 T Sugar-Free Strawberry Preserves 3 packets Splenda
Blend all ingredients in blender and enjoy! This is my favorite "smoothie" recipe ever!!345
