Save the little bits of veggies or meat that aren't enough for a meal. Then, when you have a little collection of leftover goodies, add them to a ready make soup or broth for a great soup with more nutrition than the ready made stuff.

    I use this idea, but put a butter tub in the freezer and keep adding the leftover vegetables and when the tub is full then it it the perfect time for soup. - by YOUCANDOIT20
