Drinking was really ruining my results because I was eating poorly after becoming intoxicated. At the same time, I didn't want to give up going out with my friends and having a good time. To remedy this, I planned what I was going to eat before I started drinking. I usually pick up something simple.
I dislike eating Lean Cuisines and Healthy Choices because of the sodium content..but I figure it's better than whatever I am going to make while intoxicated. Just a couple hungry calories and satisfies my munchies that I get!!
