When I first started using sparkpeople,I would print out the Daily Nutrition Feedback from the Daily Nutrition tracker to see how many Calories,Total Fat,Carbs,Protein,TotalFolate,
Cholestrol I was getting. The data was HELPFUL and I would also look at the pie charts to see my WHERE my MAJOR amt.
of Calories was coming from~was I eating MORE at Dinner or were my CALS.TOO HIGH in snacks I chose? Did I eat ENOUGH at BREAKFAST or LUNCH? This Daily Nutrition Tracker has MADE ALL the DIFFERENCE because I LOG the FOODS;it COUNTS THE TOTAL CALS. and lets me know my TROUBLE SPOTS! USE IT~IT'S THERE
