I love the ice tea ones, they are my absolute favorite. I keep them in my purse, in my car, in my desk, everywhere, you would think they had crack in them.

Sugar Cut
Cutting my sugar intake down was a major help for me. I lost about 65 pounds in about 10 months by packing my lunch for school and putting less sugary snacks in it. I normally have a sandwich, some sugar free applesauce, some carrots, a cup of fat free yogurt and a chocolate pudding cup. To drink I normally have a bottle of water with one of those Crystal Light powder to-go packets (because water is boring). 4
I do not like water so I get the CRYSTAL LIGHT-ON THE GO PACKETS. I use a 32 oz. bottle with ice so as the ice melts it will dilute the mix and also keeps it cold. 91
I LOVE THESE!! 6 great flavors. They are: Sweet tea, Peach Tea, Strawberry Watermelon, Mango Peach, Fruit Punch and Berry Pomegrante. You can find them in most grocery stores. They cost about $3.99 each. I have figured out for me that they cost less per serving than the crystal light packets. Mio makes 24 servings. Crystal light you only get 10 packets in a box for about $2.50 a box. So, 24 verses 10-20. If you put half a packet in of crystal light at a time? So, you be the judge. Mio!
