I've discovered the secret to getting my exercise done -- just get up and do it -- before I have time to talk myself out of it or make a zillion excuses. Works like a charm! Not always happy at first, but I feel better later.

if I wake up early instead of laying in bed I get up and do some exercise I get my exercise in, and feel a lot better than if I just laid in bed until I have to get up. If I stay in bed then I also need to make sure I do get me exercise in!
Seems almost pointless to say but don't procrastinate.
By the time you argue with yourself, and play the would I and should I game. You could be done. I just tell myself that I will do it for 10 minutes I can quit. Most of the time that's all it takes and I am always glad I did it.
