I have found if i eat the same food consitently i stop loosing , so every few weeks change it up. I have found sometimes if my metabalism is slow i increase for a day or two but stay in calorie range. also i have started eating 4-5 smaller meals and it is working for me.

Use the nutrition tracker and add sodium to track and keep it under 2000 mg a day....you'll be surprised at how you change your food choices to fit the sodium requirements. It will force you to eat more natural foods like fruits and veggies! Stay away from processed foods....You'll feel better!
I have noticed that sometimes the nutritional information changes on food items I have used. EX. Sometimes the fat is 19, and sometimes 16! Be sure when you search for food items already listed, that it matches the package you have exactly or your totals for the day may be off.
I've read it before, but it is working for me. Change your food choices and exercise around--don't get in a rut because your body follows that rut. I have added some regular foods (some that I avoided because of calories) and switched around the times I eat things. I also played around with my workouts--and have lost 9.6 pounds in the past two weeks.
I think our body starts finding us to be predictable and doesn't let us lose when we don't surprise it from time to time. It is easy to stick with the same foods and activities, but prevents us from getting to our goals as efficiently as we might like.
