I've found the same thing. Crazy as this sounds, I not only change the foods I'm eating, I also change the order I eat my meals ... dinner foods first thing in the morning and a light breakfast type meal in the evening. I don't know why changing the order makes any difference, but it seems to help me bust through the plateau.

I agree completely. I was doing well on my weight loss but finally I hit a plateau. I re-analyzed the foods I was eating on a daily basis. I decided the best answer was to make a few changes. I am eating a bigger lunch and a smaller dinner. Dinner consists of protein from chicken and a bunch of veggies. I try to limit my carbs after 4:00 pm to only fruits and veggies. After this change the weight started coming off again.
