This is an important lesson for me to learn. People will suck the life out of you if you let them. Nobody can defend my personal boundaries but me. Thanks for this reminder. I am getting better at taking care of me, but I still have a long way to go...

When I loan money, I "give" what I can--without expectations of ever receiving it back. That way if it is not repaid, I don't necessarily lose. If my daughter asks to borrow $200, I'll give her what I can afford to lose--$100, but still tell her to repay it. The repaying part is to build her character, not mine.
I have also learned to say "no." Saying no, sometimes, is a "yes" for you. It can free up time for you to "do you."
Try doing something for yourself, or just being there for yourself. You might just like "you!"
