DOES ANYONE ELSE LOVE THIS EXERCISE DVD AS MUCH AS I DO. I LOVE THE 20 MINUTE LEVEL 1 WHEN I ONLY HAVE A SHORT TIME AVAILABLE FOR A QUICK ROUTINE AND WHEN I WANT TO REALLY FEEL THE BURN I DO THE 40 MINUTE LEVEL 2 WORKOUT.
I DO BOTH WORKOUTS OFTEN BACK TO BACK I REALLY DO FEEL GREAT WHEN FINISHED

  • I'm a 50-something woman and consider myself a beginner exerciser. I bought the DVD thinking I could keep up with another 50-something. Let's just say it's not just Jenny Craig that gave Ms Bertinelli that body. For an exercise newbie the 20minute workout is doable but it's a serious workout. I haven't yet tried the Level 2 but look forward to it.
