I have bought this, but just haven't tried it out yet. Now after reading the comments, I can't wait to try it out. It sounds like what I need.

I'm a 50-something woman and consider myself a beginner exerciser. I bought the DVD thinking I could keep up with another 50-something. Let's just say it's not just Jenny Craig that gave Ms Bertinelli that body. For an exercise newbie the 20minute workout is doable but it's a serious workout. I haven't yet tried the Level 2 but look forward to it.
emoticon emoticon First Poster likes the DVD for more advanced and I like it for newbies, so seems this workout is two thumbs up.
