I keep several different types of gum in my purse, and when I need to stop eating, or want to avoid a certain food, I pop in a piece and chew! It helps by taking the "taste" out of my mouth, and also keeping it occupied!

    That's one of my favourite secrets too... I find you can get really different flavours to suit whichever mood you are in!
