Youtube has a lot of short and sweet videos of all kinds for all levels and interests, more exercises than you can imagine! To freestyle it, start with a zippy 3 min song, march/dance to it, do a li'l stretch with a nice slow song, some big arm circles, some lunges, all to your fave music...just move!

Here's what I did when I wanted to be motivated every single day.
To inspire myself to get up instead of sitting around, and to explore all of my options instead of just one, I got a tattoo. It's on the inside of my left wrist and it says, "Ships weren't made to sit in the harbor." Every time I see it I think about how people finally discovered the world.
