Keep your eating clean and journaled; switch up the exercise that you do often...try new ways of exercising you haven't tried before.

More Information:

I don't let my body get used to any one exercise routine. I just make sure to have cardio, strength training, range of motion, and flexibility exercises daily, working different muscle groups on alternate days. The scale is useless...take measurements instead. This is what really counts.
