Each season we wear different types of cloting. For these different seasons I mix and match 7 peices of each type of clothing. Example: I have seven long sleeved shirts, 7 short sleeved shirts, 7 pairs of jeans, 7 pair of slacks, 7 pairs of shorts, 7 special occassion outfits, 7 pairs of socks, and
7 of everything else. This minimzes spending, evens out shopping trips thru the year and is great for kids to learn this as well. Same with toys only allow so many toys, or storage bowls, shoes, coats, well try limiting everything including furniture and knick knacks.

Lay out all of the exercise clothes you want to use for the week on Sunday. Then your goal is to go through all of them by the following Sunday. If I plan to work out 5 days that week, I lay out 5 full sets of clothes. If I plan to do 2-a-Days a few of those days, I'll lay out 8 and make that my goal--to get in 8 workouts total for the week.
Set your clothes on the night before and head to the gym or out for a jog or brisk walk. You will start your day out right and you will feel energized. The hardest part is getting out of bed, but after that, you're on your way!306
