I woke up this morning and I realized that I am focusing on WAY too much...I need to get back to basics....FOOD, WATER and EXERCISE...these are the things that help us to lose and get healthier...all the rest is ICING (no pun intended)...focus focus focus!!

    I totally agree with you!
Today I had similar thoughts. The last weeks I couldn't focus on weight loss and keeping up with my exercise was the hardest thing to do. Since one or two weeks I am loosing weight again and now I start pressuring myself to keep losing! This is so insane!!! I realized today that I have to quit thinking about my weight, to built up all my doings around it. I should know better because this is not the way it works for me! I need to focus on healthy nutrition and on my well being, my exercise programs because this is the only way I will get it done in a healthy and lifestyle-changing long lasting way.

    YES. this is what i do to i get to much going on & forget the reason to do this. It is to get healthly & feel good.I ALWAY OVER DO & CANT KEEP UP WITH EVERYTHING.Then i give up..& go back to my old ways..My goal is to get to my goal wt. & hold it there.. emoticon
