I'm still struggling with low energy issues due to hypothyroidism and sometimes am too tired to deal with dinner in the evening. So, I've started cooking dinner earlier in the day so all I have to do is heat it back up for dinner.

More Information:

This has helped a LOT with making sure I have healthy food on hand and stay on track. I have no excuse to grab fast food if I already have dinner ready!
