If you're having trouble keeping up with everything you're supposed to be doing; exercise, all the water, daily chores, how many times you want to eat throughout the day, even just little things like remembering to put moisturizer on your face, type it up and print it out! Once you get something done, initial the date on there. It really helps you to remember to do everything, and helps you feel like you're staying on track!306
I'm learning that when I slip up and make mistakes, rather than focusing on that one thing, I remember the things I did right today, no matter how small. That's usually enough to get me back on track and keep me reaching for my goal.
