Instead of focusing on a life problem, it helps to get out and exercise, jog, go to the gym, put a video to work out at home. The problem won't disappear, only with focus on being positive for yourself, coping and resolution are conjured up. Exercise is the best arsenal stress relief.

Most nachos end up with just a bit of beans, etc on each chip, equaling lots of chips! Instead. make you toppings on a plate, and use a fork to pile the toppings on each chip. You get your good stuff, and chips--and fill up with less fat and salt, as a chip will hold more than it can scoop, so you use fewer chips. you'll never miss them!
Instead of reaching for a Milky Way or other unhealthy treat, I keep Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips on hand. I allow myself 1 serving per day. I will sprinkle a tablespoon on protein pancakes, mix them with yogurt, or just treat myself to a few chips. This way I gain the added health benefits of dark chocolate without going overboard.
