I like to support my fellow sparkies by reading and responding to their blogs. When I get behind in this task, my weight stalls...I know when people respond to my blogs it helps me in my quest for better health and makes me take better care of myself. Support your spark friends...BLOG

I picture what I will put on my SP blog on my one year SparkAversary. I want that blog to be about my success. I want to include pictures of the old and new me; of my old and new clothes. Keeping this in mind gets my butt off the couch and onto the streets or into the gym to work out.
Start searching the blogs and reading the success stories. It will totally keep you motivated.
I have been on spark for a little while and reading other success stories and understanding that others faced the same problems each day and did not give up, motivated me to finally stick with it and do whatever it takes to stick with it, also motivating others by responding to blogs and sharing
encouraging thoughts and ideas as well as reading them
