This is so obvious, but for those of us who have trouble accepting the obvious, I'm here to say sleep deprivation will affect every aspect of your life. Forever I've thought I could be okay on 5-6 hours a night but I'm starting to realize how much this affects my eating & exercise. GET YOUR 8 HRS!

Here's an example; customize to suit. Also give yourself a few months to straighten out the kinks - just like a budget, it will NOT work in the beginning, so be gentle with yourself & flexible.
SUN - wkly planning, & wkly menu planning, surf the groc ads online Sun/Mon which saves gas & time MON - clean out the fridge night, & Mon's dinner is Leftover Buffet. I also use fridge cleanout night to make a crockpot soup or stew or stir fry (or other dinner) for the following night. (Cont'd)
TUE - is Grocery night so I need to clean out the fridge the previous day WED - Produce Prep Night, washing & cutting up the whole stalk of celery into sticks, the whole head of caulif into florets, making a green salad, etc. THU - Batch Cooking night
