I set alarms in my phone to keep me on track. I have an alarm for blogging my progress, I have an alarm for working out, etc. These alarms are helping me hold myself accountable. It's hard to "forget" when you have an alarm interrupting you.
I always lose track of time in the morning and end up running late, so I set an alarm about 5 minutes before I needed to walk out the door. I set my alarm on my cell phone for the time I eat breakfast , lunch and at 7:15 PM. My alarm plays a melody and I stop and think about the meal I will be eating. I pause and remember not to overeat or eat too fast. The 7:15 alarm reminds me to stop eating for the day.
