A diabetic educator said diabetics should exercise only on the days that we eat. I try to remember this. Exercise is vital to help keep my blood glucose levels down.

    okay that makes sense, if you eat, you may need to exercise, to keep your blood sugar, in balance, (just tricky wording threw many off, I guess that was suppose to be funny) Got the point, thanks!

    I too eat EVERYDAY therefore I guess I need to exercise EVERYDAY too! LOL

    Another point to make is that a 20 minute walk will immediately lower your blood sugar. So if your post meal sugar is high, strap on a pair of sneakers and open up the front door! Suprised to see so many people lack a sense of humor! GREAT POST!

    Great way to put the point across. But some days just do not do anything as feel so exhausted. Of course chores cant be skipped.

    exercise every day is good to lower sugar but also to know which food are GI carbs that will increase your sugar level I do not know in which company they hired ed. that no experience or level of ed. are certified to be instructors of diabetic class. good luck with your plan emoticon

    SOrry did I miss something? DOn't you eat everyday? Being a diabetic I would think eating everyday is something that eduacator should tell you you should be doing.
