A diabetic educator said diabetics should exercise only on the days that we eat. I try to remember this. Exercise is vital to help keep my blood glucose levels down.

  • Another point to make is that a 20 minute walk will immediately lower your blood sugar. So if your post meal sugar is high, strap on a pair of sneakers and open up the front door! Suprised to see so many people lack a sense of humor! GREAT POST! - by STEPHANALILLEY
