KIMMIEB I lost mine for 4 years.... but here is the good news...I'm back strong as ever and more determined to get in shape.I quit smoking after 37 years for the last time, put on some weight and that was enough to get me back focused to be on the right track to better health. Its ok to take a break. You will start back as soon as something sparks you and reminds you how good you use to feel when you took better care. Good luck!!

That's okay. It never stays away too long.

emoticon That's how I feel today, too! And I have no idea why......but you know what? I'm not even going to worry about it. Our sparks are like that sun up in the sky........even when it's cloudy, we know it's still there somewhere! And it will re-appear soon! Hang in there! emoticon
