I have a calendar that hangs where I can always see it (one at home & one at work) & I give myself a sticker for each day that I stick to my fitness streak. It sounds silly but it's great to see the colorful stickers & it makes me not want to see any blank days! There's a reason teachers use this!

    I do something similar. I write numbers on my calendar to see how many days straight I can be active. My current goal is 100 and I have completed 96 days thus far!
