I have a calendar that hangs where I can always see it (one at home & one at work) & I give myself a sticker for each day that I stick to my fitness streak. It sounds silly but it's great to see the colorful stickers & it makes me not want to see any blank days! There's a reason teachers use this!

Soak 2 slices of day old Bread in full cream Milk for 10 minutes.Apply to this mixture to Face,Neck and Arms and rub in well..Leave on for 5-10 minutes to soak into the skin.Wash off with warm Water and pat dry.This application leaves the Skin petal soft and deep cleanses as well as moisturises it.
