When eating ANYTHING, take smaller bites. Make each bite just large enough to "taste" the food and chew. You will get more enjoyment out of what you are eating and your meal will last longer which will allow your body to signal that you are full and help to prevent you from eating as much.

    I do this by using a baby spoon to eat ice cream (Skinny Cow ice cream), pudding or anything else that I want to eat slowly. It makes me slow down and enjoy the food!! Sounds silly, but it works. Luckily I have small grandchildren, so I have the spoons handy.

    I get on my daughter about this because she takes so long to eat, but she is the skinniest person in the house. I will have to try this out.
