This Sparked Me!

Since making the decision to eat healthy and lose weight I've had co-workers bombard me with goodies. I politely decline but they don't take no for an answer. So I simply take the treats & put them out of sight then later give them away. I am determined to not allow others to undermine my health!

I have coworkers like that too! Where we work, everyone gained 20 lbs. after they started. When they're really pushy, I take it and set it aside. At first I was taking it home to my husband but he gained weight too, so now I just throw it away. I hate to waste food like that but if someone's that pushy, I don't feel that bad about it anymore.

Don't you hate it when people do that? Oh, but a little one won't hurt! Here have half...
What's up with that?
I find that if I have "just a little" it's much harder to stop and it becomes a very difficult craving to deal with.
I like the idea of taking one (to shut them up) and putting it out of sight (cause as we know, that's half the battle) and getting rid of it later.
Smart!
