I read recently about wrapping your celery in aluminum foil. Of course, I tried it and it really works!

    I will pull the whole stalk out of the fridge and put it in a cup of water with sunlight. perks right up. then I put id back in fridge. Usually it is gone after a single round of reviving. I also had scallions wilting. I ctually got a little planter and planted them. The are growing nicely on my windo sill. I clip some off and they grow back it is cool. - by JRZG8R

    Another way is to cut up and place the celery in a container covered in cold water and refrigerate. This will keep it crunchy but you need change the water every few days or else over time the water will get slimey. I've been doing this for over 30 yrs since I read about it somewhere. I do the same with carrots. Makes it easy to grab & go when you want a snack too. - by JERSEYDEBBIE23
