Eat No More Than 500 Calories For Dinner

No matter how many calories I have had during the day, I cap dinner at 500 calories. This really motivates me to each more through out the day and or binging helps me to avoid "hoarding" calories or justifying overeating at night!

    this IS a good idea.... I think that I have a habit of eating, recording and kind of watching to "see what is left".... UNLESS I have plans to go somewhere in the evening and calories could be a problem. I LIKE this idea! emoticon

    This is a great rule. And dinner is always my downfall. I can eat really well the rest of teh day but dinner comes and I over do it. What I know is I tend to fail when my goals are too hard... and my goal is making dinner a 400 calorie meal. I can keep my goal but put a cap rule on too.
