When I am in the grocery store if I know something that will help another I will tell them as the lady who was buying fresh fruit and vegetables. I let her know about the green bags and how they do work. If you put bananas in a green bag, a brown bag do not close put in cool place away from sun.
I do this and also my romaine lettuce put a paper towel around it and in a green bag, leave open and put in refrig and it will last 2 weeks or more. I save a lot of money with the green bags and you can use them over several time. I use them with all my fresh foods. Try the green bags.
